Each disc consists of two parts. The center is made of carbon fiber cloth, cut out by laser and assembled from 200 separate fragments, while the rim is made of woven carbon filaments. Fibers of the central part end up into the rim, and then the structure is poured with resin and baked at high temperature and pressure. Finally, the central lock is installed to the hub to fix it, and then the wheel is covered with a transparent lacquer.
